okay I understand your questions so now minor girl get engagement is not illegal but marriage is illegal so now marriage is important to legal of age not engagement so do you need any further legal help contact me thank you

Getting engage to a minor girl is not illegal, but an engagement with a major girl is similar to a contract or agreement but engagement with a minor girl is not a valid contract or agreement. getting married to a minor girl he is illegal and an offence.

it is not illegal to get engaged to a minor girl but it will be an offence if you marry her if she is below 18 years, you can get engaged but you can marry her only when she is above 18 years that too with her consent after completion of 18 years.
