hello client as i can see your issue is very much important for a person to live with dignity in the relationship of marriage. as you want divorce only or you also want to teach a lesson to your husband along with inlaws family if they are involved in this over all issue we have got both options but the both ways goes throgh court only so we have to file divorce tht is for sure but other cases depends on you how you would like to proceed.

In your case divorce is not possible because divorce can be filed only after the expiry of at least one year of marriage. But you can always file a petition in the court seeking judicial separation from your partner. You can also sue him under Domestic Violence Act. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Hey, with reference to your question, I would like to clear that there is no law to get separate within two months of marriage and you need to file contested divorce only which will take a long time. so u can get a separation deed prepare and can reside separately

If you belong to Hindu religion that waiting period is one year from marriage but this period can be waived off if there is exceptional hardship etc but that’s too in cases of Mutual divorce ! If your husband isn’t agreed for divorce then we need to contest the same in the court ! Plz b in touch

you can contest the case under the provisions of cruelty or else incase you are looking mutual divorce then it will be a less cumbersome process and also will happen within a short span of time. for contested cases it might take time. also you can seek maintenance in the meantime.
