I got terminated by company after an argument with HR, i didn't say any cuss words neither fought with anyone.Now next day they terminated me and made me sign a termination letter saying poor performance and professional attitude now they are not providing me experience letter also and saying they will give it if I sign an additional affidavit that I don't join any other company in similar domain

Sir i am defence personnel and contesting divorce case against my wife ground of cruelty,she has sent many complain to my commanding officer and also came at main gate of my campus and made drama many times.I have all those written letter to my commanding officer and my Boss can i file defamation against my wife and can be become a ground of divorce I am hindu.

It's been two months of my marriage. Our fight, arguments & differences started in just 10-12 days post marriage. Now, circumstances are very critical and pathetic between us. We don't make up together. We don't talk. He always humilates me. Now, this marriage has become a nightmare and a sin for me. I am now suffocating in this relationship. I need divorce immediately.
