It's been more than 2 years since my divorce case is going on in court. First 1 year reconcilation happened and it failed. I want to lodge a police case against my husband. But i am afraid to do that since that may still make the relationship strenous. How long will it take still for the case to close. Please respond. Thanks.
It may take minimum 2 to 3 years to close the case. Your relationship is already broken . Filing police case may not serve ur purpose. It is better to approach elders to solve the issue. Think wisely and take step. if you need any further guidance you can call me.
