agar uski shadi kahin or ho chuki ha to usko pahle wahan se talak lena hoga. uske bad hi wo apni new life kisi or ke sath rah sakti ha. talak lene ke liye 2 raste ha ya to marji se ya phir court se fight karke. agar wo paresan ha ya tortured ha to court me usko ground bnakar talak ka case file kare.
