Is there any issue on property on mother?

Hi Team,
I am contacting you on behalf of my brother in law.He is Hindu NRI working in US and his wife did lot of troubles and provoked him by using abusive language in from of his mother in US and sent him to jail.We got him released and now criminal case is dismissed.In meanwhile he filed from divorce in Florida court as he doesn't want to continue with her.they lived in US for all the six years of marriage and from last year March 2020 they are not living together and divorce cases in process.They have two kids and both are born in US.As per US law she cannot claim anything in US and children will get support from him for the expenses until divorce is final.His mother is having property on her name in India.Is there any chance she can claim on my mother property? Do he need to take any action in India in between current time and post divorce?Please let me know.

Hello sir as per your query I would suggest you that since matter pending their if once you are giving her alimony amount if possible in near future then in those cases she cant claim on husband property later .

dear client as per your query if the procedure of divorce is pending in US then she cannot claim anything in india from his parents she can only claim the property of his husband not of the parents for further information please contact us with your relevant documents.
