Is Temple marriage legal before the registered marriage

My lover married by force of mom by thertenening like if u don't marry we will sucide by mom.
Marriage is done in Temple but not did registered marriage after that.
If i registered marriage that girl. And we have one baby.
Which marriage is legal in court now

if temple marriage is not registered, then registered marriage is only valid. in Andhra Pradesh, marriages have been made compulsory after year 2002.
you may use the Andhra Pradesh compulsory registration of marriage act , 2002 to substantiate your claim
