Q: My Brother forcibly entered into my house after 13 years to occupy it

I am living in my parents house along with my sister. My parents expired long back and I am living with my sister in the same house. My younger brother who is married living outside of the my parents house more than 13 years. Suddenly he came forcibly into the house with some other people and occupying my residence without my consent. madam you have right to live in your parents home and you have equal rights Latest amendment act in the 2014 and 15 also all the childrens have equal rights in their parents property so the younger brother of you did a mistake with a help of Rowdy elements and entering into the house without your concern is a crime. also you can give a complaint in the nearest police station against him . also you can file A civil suti asking partition from the court .

legal notice for divorce charges are differ to different lawyer s. ,so, first tell me your problems so that I will give counseling after that take decision.ok. and re member that legal notice will be giving only with advocate signature and seal. nobody will use judicial stamp. in case of talaqnama in Muslim law, judicial stamp paper. with khaji signature along with advocate legal notice with three months maintenance.



Q: My brother( got job by karunya scheme) is not taking care of my mother

My younger brother, he took job under karunya scheme in irrigation department after my father passed.( He is state government employee ).After his marriage he was staying separately from my mother. And she is alone staying. He is assaulting some times and scolding bad words for her pension amount.I am staying out of country (working in Dubai). He promised he will be take care about my mother, when he taken job.Now he is not taking care about my mother and he is scolding several times in public.What actions can I take, since she is mentally upset and daily crying.However I will take care about my mother in future.
