Is Registering A Divorce Required For Muslim Man To Remarry

If a Muslim man was married through nikah and also registered the marriage then perform divorce though talaq as per Sharia customs but not registered the divorce is it possible for him to marry another women? Or is registering the divorce mandatory to do so?

in this case though you have registered talaq under sharia you can proceed to file declaratory suit before the family court or other competent court for divorce decree
