Is legal notice is signed by the sender as well

I want to send a legal notice to my wife but I am not present at my home state so can I ask me lawyer to send notice on my behalf?? Is legal notice mandatory to be signed by the sender or the lawyer can send on my behalf

Hi..!!!! Yes you can send the legal notice to your wife through a lawyer. It is not mandatory that you have to sign the Legal Notice, in fact the legal notice when sent through a lawyer is only signed by lawyer.

If you are contemplating to issue a legal notice to your estranged spouse, you may get it drafted and issued through a lawyer having expertise into matrimonial laws. It will issued on the letter head of the lawyer with stamp. Your signatures are Not required at all.

Yes…your lawyer can always send it on your behalf. Even if you are not present it can be done by your lawyer. It will be on the letterhead of the advocate along with his/her seal and signature. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Yes if you are not in your home state then in that condition also your advocate can send legal notice on your behalf , no it is not mandatory to be signed by the sender... , advocate can send legal notice on your behalf
