Is it possible to take ex parti divorce?

Can someone take ex partie divorce without any information.

you ask whether if if ex Parte diverse can be taken if defendant is absent from the court many times in the divorce case then the court proceed the case against him to the expert II and if you want ex Parte to proceed with your Lawsuit there is another option

yes it is possible to obtain divorce without any information to the opposite party. if any person smartly stops or manipulate to stop issue of summon/ notice then court will issue notice/ summon from registered post. But with the help of post man this person also succeed to return summon without Service of summon then court is bound to issue summon through publication in news paper. After publication the court can grant decree of divorce on exparty basis. But this exparty divorce can be challenge and opposite party can file an application for set a side exparty judgment and decree before the concerned family court within 30 days from the date of knowledge of the exparty judgment. Yes the law permits to take an ex parte divorce. In case your spouse is not appearing before the Court on the dates fixed. And the same can be recalled if the other parties proves before the Hon'ble Court that he/she has not been informed.
