Is it possible to get divorce outside the court?

hi my wife left the from me as she dont want to leave with me, but we married just 12 months back, so may i know the pros and cons of the outside court divource settlement.
Hello sir I can nt Get divorce out side court if it happened it won't be valid as per indian law ...so u have to apply divorce through court u can get appropriate order for validity,it can be done by mutual
