Is it possible to claim from spouse property in spite of prenuptial?

Hi sir Before marrying me my husband sign an agreement that I cannot claim anything in his property after divorce?do i can claim my right in his property as he already signed papers for not claiming anything from me before marriage.....

Yes you can claim.
It is your right. That agreement is void as it restricts your rights.
Further I need to look after the terms and conditions of the agreement.

We do not have prenuptial contracts in India . Prenuptial agreements are not valid in India. The Contract Act nullifies all contracts with respect to marriage or which has marriage as a consideration. This is why, you will never come across Indian couples entering into a contract.
Hence, the agreement that you have entered into is null and void. You have the right to demand your share in the property.

If your husband puts that agreement as u r saying it will be against himself. I will suggest u to claim your right irrespective of the consequences u r presenting as it will not be a solid ground for your husband. Any help in regard, litigation and all, u may contact me.
