Is it a cheating from me? Can he file a case against me

I am contesting for divorce not get....4 months back I met a boy who became my friend and proposed me to marry and told he will wait for my divorce...so I met him and his family. All are agreed and we started to chat on watsapp...some private words were also exchanged. Slowly his way of thinking made me to worry as he was pessimistic, sympathy gaining behavior, insecure towards his future, drinking habits, being a brahmin not following any rituals...etc. so I told him to end this relationshi
ls he elder to you or younger ? a person who is elder to you he is a supposed to understand that in a relationship there is given to take, and should have been clear about what is that he can offer to you in exchange for your affection or whatever else ?. secondly you are not yet eligible to marry as your divorce has not taken place. if you do not yet this now you may have to end it later with lots of problems.

As you are married and contesting for divorce and if you are unhappy with your husband better to go for mutual consent divorce by taking permanent alimony, further the boy whom you met will not be a problem as you can straight away tell him that you are not interested in moving forward in this relationship and totally stop all contacts with him, and if he still threatens you are causes any harassment you can straight away file a police complaint against him.

Dear Madam,
You may disconnect all your relationships with proposed guy and tell him clearly that you are not interested in him. Further it is not advisable to go for second marriage during the pendency of divorce case. You may use other matrimonial forums and try to choose any other guy to avoid future complications.
