Hi,nI have filed a divorce case against my wife because she was Highly cruel to me, my son and my 75 year old mother.2. She took my son with her at the time of leavning my house after creating a huge drama with her 2 sisters, with her brother - in - law & with support of her colony mates at my door step.3. After 3 months my son left my wife silently & since then he is staying with me. (Almost from 2.5 yrs, at this moment my son age is 14.9 years)n4. She knowingly close my shop which was started by me with my own savings in the year 2011 but I kept the legal part of business of her name. Now, i am jobless, forced to live a poor life along with mother & son.5. Just to gain simpathy of her relatives & to proove that she is a victim, she knowningly took off my son from a extremly premiere school of india.6. from where you belongs and where is your wife living now. yes you can file a divorce petition on the ground of cruelty and harassment. all are you point is covered as a cruelty done by your wife. for more information you can contact me.

you just simply need to file the divroce againt her and ask for custody of your son by court in your city or city juridiction. you need not to panic and you should file an FIR against het and her sibilings in nearby police station and then file a case in family court.
