Is arya samaj marriage is valid marriage

I had married October 2015 (Delhi) under arya samaj mandir.. But problem is that she did cheat with me because she is 6 year elder than me but she did not tell me also her past is very characterless and bad and when i know everything about her she blackmail me that she is pregnant and she forced me marry with her then i could not do any thing but now i am not comfortable with her ... please suggest me how i can get easily divorce with her but she do not want give me divorce ....
Arya samaj marriage is valid marriage and as per hindu law you are husband and wife now. For divorce you have to move before the court if law and file appropriate petition. I must say you are lucky otherwise in these circumstances she cud easily file rape case

A marriage performed in Arya Samaj mandir is a vakid marriage under Hindu marriage Act, if bith parties are Hindus. Generally if they are not, Arya samaj performs conversion before marriage.
Under the present circumstances, you have an option to file for a divorce under Hindu Marriage Act, on grounds of cruelty, adultery etc. However, such allegations are easy to make, difficult to prove in Court. Try for amicable settlement if feasible.

There are numerous remedies which can be availed, If you think she is in extra marital affair or in illicit relations with anyone else adultery case can be put against her which within itself is a ground of divorce,besides this Divorce proceedings can be filed against her on basis of cruelty.
