Hello,
we got married in 2015 and have a valid Indian Marriage certificate after marriage my husband left for Canada and never came back to India. we both decided for a Divorce now.My question is as my husband has applied for a Divorce in Canada, is the international Divorce certificate valid to erase the record of an Indian Marriage certificate. in hyderabad. Please let me know

Yes it can be valid but for that you have to make some efforts by filling another case to make it valid in India and get Indian marriage certificate out from the record I mean to revoke..

mutual consent divorce decree by international courts are valid in India.
ex parte (where 1 party is absent) divorce decrees obtained in international courts are not valid in India.
if your husband obtains divorce decree in your absence in Canada, the same is not valid in india
