Interim maintenance time taken to be fixed

Hi,My husband filed divorce and withdrew it after two years when it's in evidence stage.Interim maintenance was fixed but I also withdrew the case.Now he is not paying anything to us me and 2 boys 6 and 12 yrs old.So if I reopen the case how much time it will take now to get interim maintenance. Expedite order can be file after 3-4 months in High court.I filed divorce also.Please let me know how much time it will take in one sided divorce. He is not sitting for one time settlement mutual divoce
