Inter caste marriage issue within family

Hi sirnThis is a matter of inter caste marriage. My girlfriend is from below caste and I’m a general caste so in my family only my mom is disagree with my choice of life partner due to she is belonging to lower caste and because of this when I go to meet her my mom is starting to black mail me like she will hang on Fasi and she will send me jail due to her suicide and recently she has done these incidents. I hate these caste base discrimination in our society we r just human so why parents always comes under pressure that society will neglect them if their child will do this kind of things nI want to know that what is the solution for this and I want to marry my girlfriend also my girlfriends family has no issue with me nI’m independent person having good job in mnc. Please suggest me what should I do in this matter. My parents are not convinced to me I have tried to convince them but nothing they understand.

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that nothing legal advice can be given to this matter as I won't suggest you to go against your family members and get married just wait and try to convince your mother about this along with your friends and family members who are in your favour or go for a good counseling for your mother for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

You have all the right to marry of your choice. If your parents do not agree with your marriage, you can go to court marriage. caste, religion and race are irrelevant and these are the only state of mind.
