Inquiry about maintenance when husband is earning less amount

1.I am working but earning very less ,how much maintenance I can ask for. 2.For child how much i can ask 3.we have two properties,I am co-owner but he is paying EMI ,what are my rights. 4.He went abroad without informing and is not ready to come back due to legal things. kindly guide me as per Hindu law
You being the wife you have the right over your husband property as you are a co-owner of the property. In case if the husband is not willing to come back and stay together or take you along with him, then you can file a petition for restoration of conjugal rights or divorce.
