Info on divorce from schezophranic & impotent husband

Im married for 11yrs my husbamd is 44yrs old he is impotent n schezhopranic n vry abusive mentally n physically. He is under treatment fr schezophranic at abhaya hospital,blore and bfr our marriage his parents had nt told us n aftr marriage when i told them abt there sons doudtful n abusive nature they told me he was under treatment from 1997 fr deppression n schezophranic in 2017 when forced him to visit gyno got to know he is impotent can i get divorce based on this n wil i be provided alimony his family always insulted me for my dark skin they said they prefered uneducated fair girl than black girl n my case was different as there son was nt in good condition they gt him married 2 me as my mother agreed 2 give me a site n my inlaws treated me like untouchable i was nt allowed inside kitchen or touch things in kitchen n they tortured til my mother gav them copy of site reg can i file against his family too for all the trauma, pain,cheating and fraud
