In requirement of divorce with wife

Actually I'm here to refer that I got married to woman who is too much elder than me and I don't know abt all these things which she hidden from me and she is having some personal prblms too which she didn't informed before and I'm no longer wanting to be with her as the marraige was happened through some black mails by her so there was no chance except marrying her but after knowing all these things I'm not at all ready to spoil my life so please suggest some advices as per my problem

As you informed that you have find health issue in her. It is also a one of ground for divorce. But in the strict sense, if you making such allegation, it is on you to prove the same. So before you proceed please collect some relevant documents with regard to her medical problem, like proscriptions, receipts like wise. Apart from this you have told that she is much elder then you. Here it may be consider as suppression of facts during the marriage discussion. But this aspect will wont help you in support of divorce case. As you told, marriage was happens under coercion and threat or black mail. Why did not file any case against this forcible marriage? We need facts in detail. Dear Sir, You may get issue a Legal Notice and try to collect evidence about her actual date of birth etc. Further you can file divorce petition on such discrepancy and health issues and on such grounds the Courts usually grant divorce.
