In my wife's maintenance case the judge has decided 8000 as fixed main

In my wife's maintenance case the judge has decided 8000 as fixed maintenance 5000 for grocery n daily needs and school fees separate till now I am able to understand what is the first 8000 maintenance constraint why he has not included grocery in 8000
That is the descretion of the court and the court has all right to pass the order and if you think that the order passed is not proper theb you have all the right to go the the upper court and challenge the order and get it modified depending upon the facts and circusmtances

It’s a bifurcation of actual maintenance amount which is required to pay as per need of other party.
