In my case, now my wife is saying she won't come back to matrimonial home and decided not to continue with me. She don't want any maintenance money from me for the infant baby n herself. She want to live in her dad's house only for lifetime, but she will not give divorce to me at any cost. Now what can I do? She hasn't file any cases yet. She went away on July 2021. We are married on JAN 2020. now what should be my steps? Pls suggest. I am in govt service.

you can file for contested divorce in which only one party agrees for divorce if she doesn't agree then also filing will be done in court and then the case will proceed it may at certain time she agrees for divorce

you must immediately lodge an intimation letter stating all the incidents and you are fearing criminal false cases against and also to file a civil case for bring her back home plus whatever she has stated must have proof of the same to make your case stronger
