In laws forcely live at my home and torchering

Hi sir, I live far from my parents and purchased a home in delhi. Somehow girl and her parents convinced me to marriage in years 2017. I have now 3 years baby girl. My wife is single child and also good salary working. My in laws forcely live with us for 3 years and dont want to leave home or facilities. Either they influnce my wife and baby against me or leave with my wife and baby for some months to mental torchering me. They want to live here on my salary and enjoy on my wifes salary. Our life get hell. They all three (wife, her mother, father) have been threthening as they will see me in court, if I file against divorce. Already this is wife's second marriage. Due to her inability in house work and parent's behaviour first marriage was seperated. Many family and social mediotoring meeting have been fail as they either not appearing or blaming me wrong. nWhat to do, please please please help.I want a good family either current wife ans baby or divorce to enjoy new life.

First of all file a written complaint against all the persons you mentioned with the police station of your area just in case they do something nasty. And if want to apply for divorce then it’s your choice. No one can deny that your in-laws are living with you only and you are not legally bound to maintain them. hello client as i can see you issue really very disturbing . in this matter we can help you for sure your inlaws will have to leave ypur house as well as they will not be allowed to interefer in your routine life in any manner in this rrgards we nwed to move to high court on urgent basis.

You are not sure exactly what you want ! Yea f your wife’s patents leave the house I think you can easily survive. If this house is under your name then you can issue a legal notice to your wife’s patents to evict the house followed by suit for possession….in your case your in-laws are the prime factor

You can file For a divorce and your parents can also sent them a notice to quit and legal action can be taken and you can resolve the issue by mediation Incase possible at that stage you can connect with me and discuss further details
