My in-laws are torturing and harassing me to pay and get mutual divorce or else they will go legally (I have audio recorded) I am trying to save my marriage because I know post marriage there are few circumstance occurs which we have to think mutually and to take care off but seems in-laws don't understand this. I am very accurate that nothing went wrong from my end. (Post marriage my wife parents were interfering in my household and in my finance). Now with whole conversation I understand that they are only money minded not in settling their daughter's matrimonial family.

hi in this case you have to proceed for legal notice for restitution of conjugal rights you avail restoration of your marital life and demand from your in laws will be minimised. you can also file restitution suit if your wife fails to reply

you can proceed to file restitutiom of conjugal rights against your wife post which if she doesnt wishes to live with you then the court shall pass an order in your favour and post that you can take divorce contested without paying anything
