in hindu marriage act is there a chance to get 2nd marriage

hi, i filled a divorce case against my wife due to her affair and she accepted, my marriage arranged marriage by hindu act. now the case is going on more that 2 years we are separated. now i seen a article that "once divorce case is in court they can got 2nd marriage its not offense- Supreme Court"
its possible?? if yes means by which act it can be done. pls clarify my doubt
Though the Hindu Marriage Act prescribes that it is lawful to remarry only after dismissal of any appeal by a spouse against a decree of divorce, the Supreme Court has clarified that a second marriage will not be void if solemnised during the pendency of the appeal.
