In fake domestic violence Court give punishment or fine

HI ,I would like to ask my wife filed a fake case against me ,doest court give punishment or a fine.....or just a verdict that its fake.. asking because due to all of this too much harrassment already has been done by CAW cell.

as you have told the things ur facing issues in ur married life. in this matter you should urgently move to high court if ur felling tht this d v case si false. and u hav ebeennfalsly implicated in this false case

Whether the case is fake or genuine is not matter at the initial stages and if there are specific allegations then the court needs to frame the charge.
It is a matter of trial Whether the complainant has filed a false or Genuine case. Onus to prove the allegation Levied on the accused is upon the complainant.
Court has power to punish if the statement given on oath are false and evidence are fabricated one .
