In DVC cases, question on right to residence & shared hoisehold

23-Apr-2025 (In Divorce Law)
In DVC CASES, i have a doubt on right of residence, if a husband own a property in Hyderabad before marriage. During & after marriage if husband & wife stayed along with husband's parents in a rented house in husband's Home town kurnool. Here, husband is already rented Hyderabad property for a tenant. Does in this scenario, wife has any right to residence in his property where she never stayed ? What really means shared house hold in DVC Act?

according to DVC the wife has no right to shared household property. The wife does not have the right to ask her husband's Hyderabad Property. why because the couple never lived there. a wife cannot Claim a house where she never resided the husband owns it. she has the right to stay at the house at Kurnool until the court orders.
