In divorce I file Adultery case against my wife and adultery person

I've sent lawyer notice to both my wife and adulter. After that I received acknowledgement card from my wife but I didn't receive acknowledgement from that adulter person in post card mention"left without instructions". I've another address of that person Is there possible to send again notice to that person with other address

Yes you can send another notice to the person concerned. However there is no strict norms that you are necessarily to send a notice before filing a case against any person unless law requires in your case law does not require you to send notices and then file a case against them. Hence if you have ample proof of what ever the allegation you are making above, you can proceed to file a case along with the said evidence before the court of law and seek remedy.

you have to file a divorce case under section 13 of the act at concern court. because mere acknowledge card is not enough good. the adultery can not be proved before the court. you can file the case immediately.
