Implications after First hearing of divorce case in Gurgaon

I have filed petition for divorce. Can my wife file any criminal cases against me after the very first hearing of the case?
hello yes your wife has right to register FIR u/s 498 a IPC and demand maintainace u/s 125 crpc apart from this she has right to claim pendent lite maintenance u/s 24 of Hindu marriage act and relief u/s 25 of HMA. she can also file complaint u/s 12 of Domestic violence act and claim for relief like residence orders, custody of child, maintainance and compensation
