Swetha , mutual means both the parties again on everything including custody of child, if there is a dispute with regard to child custody then it will not be a mutual divorce. Anyrays, being mother you are at a advantage with regard to custody. If you can give details I can manage the case.

yes you can file case against him for mutual if both parties agree and you can also take child custody and you can also ask maintenance fro your husband either permanent alimony or monthly maintenance depends
