I'm being harrased by my spouse

My wife has a very abusive behavior towards me and my parents which led me to file a divorce petition in 2020 feb .... I was separated from my wife from 2019 ...... and suddenly out of a blue moon my wife with her relative and says she will not leave the house ...... we went to the local police stating that there is a divorce filed in 2020 and was separated for 3 years but the police are saying they can't do anything since u are still her husband my lawyer who helped in filing the divorce is not helpful ..... I'm clueless of what's happening in my life can I transfer the case or what should I do .... and I have 2 children ..... can some one advise on what can I do now ....

okay I understand your questions now do you want to lead the case are not you have deside it if you want to lead the case you have to move it in court otherwise you have to compromise with yor wife that is slsobdo it in court ifvyou not interested in marital life means don't want your wife you have to makeva settlement snd close it if you need any legal help contact me thank you

Firstly take NOC from your previous counsel and appoint new lawyer. you cannot transfer the case if no valid grounds are made out. file a suit for possession.. consult me for further guidance if you need in this regard

Dear Sir, The system is like that. Once married always deemed married and your responsibilities towards your wife and children never end even if you take legal divorce. Try to convince her and take mutual divorce by giving some lumpsum amount towards full and settlement of marriage bonds. Discuss with any sensitive advocate.
