illegal termination of pregnancy and desertion of husband

Hello, My wife had went to Pune for further studies(UPSC coaching) ,she had promised me that she will return on weekends to her matrimonial home. T .Further my wife was pregnant she realised about pregnancy when it was second month of pregnancy. She came back to me and we went to OBGYN for all necessary medical support.The Doctor told us that my wife has diabetes and need extra care.I told my wife to take a break from studies in Pune and return home,she registered a spontaneous disagreement to my decision and started fighting with me. After two days she left to her mother's home and her father took her back to Pune.After a week my father in law called my mom and told that my wife had miscarriage. My whole family was shocked to know this because my wife never called me.latet i got to know that her father gave money to terminate the pregnancy (four months).Since then my wife has deserted me and even after two family meetings,there i no sign of any co habitation.its over a year now.
