Illegal marriage and not paying maintenance to the first wife and kids

My hubby got illegally married to a rowdy female and now not paying maintenance money to home rent and school fees.what to do.also i filed complaint in police station but still not responding .the police is also refusing to file F.R.I on bigamy case

hi madam, you can file private complaint before magistrate court and from court the case will be referred to police station to register FIR, and for maintenance you can file petition for maintenance. for filing the case and for any legal assistance. kindly contact me. thanks

You can file case against your husband for committing bigamy which is criminal and punishable offence if police refuse to file FIR you can file PCR before jurisdictional Majistrate court to register the case against him. For maintenance you can file 125 Crpc application before court and ask the same.

You will not get maintenance through police by filing bigamy case against your husband. you have to file a case for maintenance or DV . This you have to file personally through your lawyer. try to collect some proof about your allegation.
