If I didn't had any sexual intercourse with my wife and the marrige is not consummated from the first day and having issues with wife and has rarely spent 2 months in total at sasural and have been staying in her parents house for the entire tenure of 7 months of marriage and have preof of that in chats as well ,will that be a strong ground for divorce would I still have to pay something to her

dear client as per your query I can only suggest you that the evidence what you have got that has to be seen but before completion of 1year of marriage you can't file a divorce unless it's a mutual divorce the alimony part has to be seen but yes they can claim for it for further assistance please contact us for paid consultation with your relevant documents.
