What action can be taken if husbund found Married to another women??what is punishment for him?still all case proceedings are pending in court? Photograph is sufficient proof for it ? Or what we needed?what action can be taken against inlaws?
as per section 494 your father is guilty for second marriage you can take action against him as per law by filing the case the competent court . registering your case the competent court where to submit the documents photograph and witnesses when marriage took place . you have to consult with me all such things which required for for becoming our strong case . section 494 second marriage is a criminal offence and punishment for there as per law friends please contact with me immediately

If indeed your husband is married another woman with completing divorce proceedings then there are provisions to deal with that issue.
A photograph will have to seen and the authenticity of the photo has to checked? there will be questions which you will have answer to prove the genuineness of the photo.
