if both husband and wife jointly file for divorce after coming to a settlement of alimony , Sharing of properties, about custody and maintenance of children it will take 6-7 months . When one of them files without above kind of arrangements it takes longer.

Dear client Based on your question, there is no fixed time period mention to deliver a judgment or complete a divorce case. If it is a mutual divorce then it take 2 months time. 1. it takes one week to 4 years to complete divorce case in court. 2. it also depends on the stages of the case , in between also you can clear the case and come out. 3. if you are ready to sign and get it clear, let her also Clear and come out.
