If a divorce is peacefully settled for an 'agreed upon amount' with mutual consent. Post obtaining a divorce degree, 'Can a wife still go ahead and file for 125 CRPC' against husband? Note : It is specifically written in MOU that she won't claim anything in future. Can she still ask for more money after a divorce?

She can not go with maintenance. It is well-settled law that there can not be any form of court shopping when the main issue is settled down. The husband can immediately file an application for the same. For more query, you may contact my team of experts in matrimonial disputes.
