I would like to discontinue my marriage

Me and my girl friend in physical relationship.
I dont have any commitments to marry with her.
They come with posion in my house and shout loudly. Due to aligation of rape on that time im marry that girls in mandir . This temple was not registered. Or not they given any type of. Certificate. I would like to discontinue this marriage plz suggest me.

Hello , your marriage must be having some proof , like joint marriage photo or receipts of payment for expenses or invitation card beaded on this you can file petition for divorce before court and this marriage must be performed in mandir by way of saptapadi then it is legal and binding marriage

Well, you can get your Marriage declared as Null and Void if your Marriage was not performed as per the Rituals. If you are a Hindu and If your Marriage would not have been performed by following the Saptapadi, then, it can be a valid ground for you to seek Divorce from your current wife, with whom, you have got married because of apprehension, that, she and her family could book you for rape.
