I would like to apply for divorce from myside


27-Apr-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I got married in 2010, since then I see that we are not having any understanding among ourselves, I have a son of 5years old, wanted to know, In case i file a divorce, whether my wife can put some dowry case, jus to trouble me and my family.

okay I understand your questions so now you are thinking give divorce to your wife and not their understand both of you right and you have one child like eon so if you want divorce you will file it in the court and take mediation and take desision about the lige if you want her or not and about your kid life although think you will finishe it in court your case is fet for divorce like your marriage at 2010 and desertion cruslity althoex think is their so if you want any legal help contact me thank you and your wife not filedant case you will do it one time settle ment in the divorce case and close it

As far as filing of dowry case of harrassment case the wife can file but it will be known whether the case filed is true or false only after investigation, you can file for divorce on ground cruelty and in case she files any case under 498 A etc you can get an anticipatory bail and fight the case and get divorce.

Dear Sir, You can file Divorce case and also seek custody of child if you want. There is every possibility of your wife claiming alimony if she is not financially well. Anyway you may get issue a legal notice and ask her to extend her help to get mutual divorce which is most economical and less time consuming.
