I wanted to know if I can file a case for cheat + alimony from my husb

I am married in christian law in Delhi. I have a 11 yrs son.From past 8 months we are staying separately without any help from my husband. Latest he is staying with his GF without divorce.I am not earning that good as my husband is. I don't want to go back to him but I need to know my and my sons right.
you can file for a divorce and your husband has to pay for alimony and childcare. I suggest you to meet me so i can look deeper into the case and give you the best suggestion. It is better to see if you can come to a mutual agreemnent if not then you can always take the legal route
