I wanted Divorce From My Husband because of his violence and alcoholic

Initially he agreed for mutual divorce and now he is playing and telling no money for filing case, He is continuously ignoring me and looking his work no calls and messages, He boozes and calls me telling I ll come your home you take care of me Ill leave my home and stay with you. now he is telling I dont have money wait for some more days we file case. He is playing with my life and enjoying his life. what should I do in this case

Dear Madam, You should file multiple cases including 498A of IPC in the Police Station and also maintenance and Domestic Violence cases. If forcible circumstances are not created no husband will come forward to extend mutual divorce.

if he has not agreed for filing a divorc on mutual consent you can go ahead and file for divorce from your side without waiting for his coming forward to file mutual consent divorce. you can also claim for your court expenses from him, do initially you will have to spend.
