Yes Sir, you can seek time from the judge but it's a complete discretion of the judge whether he'll grant it or not. If the judge in past hearings ever instructed you to get a lawyer for yourself then it's highly advisable to get a lawyer. if you have any questions feel free to contact me.

you should appear rather then absent. most probably, Judge will accommodate. but be sure next date of hearing, you will comply direction as already in 3 hearing. you could not comply. to avoid any adverse order . you should file or get filed whatever is directions of court before or at next date of hearing.

You should definitely attend the court hearing tomorrow and personally request the judge to grant you three weeks' time to appoint a new lawyer. Your presence in court will show that you are serious about the matter and not intentionally delaying the proceedings. If you remain absent, the court may proceed ex parte and pass adverse orders against you. When you're present, you can respectfully inform the judge that you are in the process of engaging new legal representation and need a short adjournment to file your counter and submit your case properly

You may engage a lawyer and seek his expert legal advice. The reply to the petition is technical and Only a lawyer will draft and File it in the court. Dont take chances in the court. Do engage a lawyer and seek detailed legal Consultation and get a reply drafted
