I want to take divorce from my wife what to do

I want to take divorce from my wife because she always toucher me. Again and again she threads me that she will suicide. So what I have to do?
Keep the police informed about the threat by ur wife also give an informatory petition to the chief judicial magistrate stating your apprehension. For divorce apply for divorce in the competent court.
