If your husband decides to separate by mutual consent, it will be easiest. However, if divorce is to be contested on any other ground it can still be done, in a slightly longer time. We can also file for custody and maintenance application before the Court. Please contact me for a detailed discussion.

In this case if u decide to get seperated from your husband first think again your son . He also need his father love and attention. Both parrents have equal responsible for your son future. So i f you go for divorce think twice. If you are decided for divorce then you may filed Divorced under cruelty ground for harrasment and tourcher while he was dunk. You are earning lady but your son was laible for maintenance from his father and also have legal rights in ancentral property which belongs to his father your son has right in share of that property also.

Yes, you can file divorce petition along with maintenance, educational expenses, compensation also. If he is alcoholic it doesn’t mean that he have no responsibility of his son. Even you can claim in your in laws property as matrimonial house, shared house.
