I want to send a notice to my wife for divorce
11-Apr-2023 (In Divorce Law)
She left from me six months back i approached her at their home with my relatives two times and my relatives went two times but they dint respond to me.
I took cops to her house before then she told no allegations on me small misunderstanding .
after that also she dint come then i sent a legal notice to her to come and join with she replied to me full of allegations and she was telling finally she wants to keep family separately . I replied to that i will not gonna setup family at Bangalore you can come and join with at my native place for this no reply.After that i approached her with mediators but no response. now i decided to send a notice to her for divorce.
its not mandatory to send notice for divorce, however you can send it in case u both want mutual consent divorce. you can file for divorce on several grounds under hindu law of marriage before family court. there can still be mediation post filing of case.

instead of sending notice for divorce send her notice on RCR Restitution of Conjugal Rights so that she has to come out with a reply. if she doesn't come out with a reply institute a case basing on RCR then she will come out with correct intention. whether retrieving back to her matrimonial life or staying back stating she wants to keep family seperate will come out from her mouth
