I want to revoke advocate and appear as party in person

Dear sir, i want to know how to revoke advocate in pending guardianship case, i have already sent notice to advocate and still i have not received any response from my advocate, so i want to file application directly in Hon’ble Court to revoke advocate i want to know do i have to file memo with affidavit or application with affidavit and also i want to know under which law i can file application and i want to know the full process of filing application or memo. Thank you.
you can file memo before the court speaking to revoke you are vakalat and ask for permission to represent your case in person. there is no need for any application or affidavit. along with the memo you have to show the copy of your noticed okay and the postal receipt for the same.
