I want to live with my husband but in law against

I have 2 baby's but now husband don't want to live with me and my baby s and my inlaws don't want me and my kids I want to live with him what should i do my husband doesn't give any maintenance for me and babys
Dear Queriest, as per your query as mentioned above you have been isolated from your husband and in-laws. in this case you can file a case against them and also you can definitely ask for alimony from husband for you and your 2 kids where your husband is liable for the same as he is his responsibility too.
