I want to know how much alimony I have to pay

I and my wife both are divorcees. Both are in their second marriage. We have one 3 yrs old daughter. My wife had got 12 lakhs as alimony from her first marriage. She had no issue with marriage. I have paid 22 lakhs as alimony to my 1st wife, I have a 14 yrs old daughter in 1st wife custody. My second wife is also very negligent towards me, my parents, she is psychic and quarreling with me every 5th/6th day giving me huge stress and mental tension. I am getting fed up of her now. My second daughter is my life hence I am restrained to not to go to police or court till now. But in case I file a divorce, in this second marriage also, how much alimony will my second wife legally deserve? My in hand pay is Rs. 1.0 Lakh. Out of which 46000 goes for home loan EMI for home in which we reside in Ghaziabad and which is solely in my name. Kindly reply.

first you and your 2nd wife make a compromise as both are agree. than get mutual divorce. or if you file divorce it means you need to pay as she demand. not matter how she deserve. it's depend on your capacity. or you can visit me for more details.

it is actually depends upon whole the facts and circumstances that for how much amount she is entitled. but if your case of cruelty against her is strong then you will definitely get benefit of paying less amount to her so concentrate on that aspect and try to procure some evidence related with that.
